An early mule for the anticipated Fiat 500X has been caught by the spies at WorldCarFans whilst undergoing a round of testing.
The development rides on a modified version of Fiat's small wide platform that already underpins the 500L and is likely to inherit its engine line-up as well.
This includes a 0.9-liter TwinAir Turbo that produces 105 HP (74 kW) and 145 Nm (107 lb-ft) of torque as well as a 1.6-liter MultiJet II turbo diesel developing 105 HP (74 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque.
