Hello all,

I love my 65 plate 500x that I've had for 2 months, but the Sat nav is driving me mad. How do I get live traffic on the screen? Handbook says there's a traffic bar showing delays etc but there is nothing on my screen. Do I need to sign up to something? Thanks.

Some things to check;

Have you downloaded the UConnect App onto your phone?
Has the Dealer activated your UConnect Live registration?

Yeah, common I think on here is the dealer not activating it.

Mine always says something about traffic information not being available. I bought second hand. Is there something I need to do? I didn't know there was an app.
